Oakland-made coffee brewer Ground Control has industry buzzing

Intelligentsia Venice just switched their brewed coffee: https://lamarzoccousa.com/blog/intelligentsia-venice-reopens-with-all-new-gear/ https://lamarzoccousa.com/blog/intelligentsia-venice-reopens... . “Quite simply, this brewer just has the ability to extract more from the coffee than any other brewer we’ve used or heard of. - floatingatoll 6y agoIt is extremely interesting to me that they’re using this to solve the brewed chocolate problem. I tried so hard years ago to make Choffy work in home brewing but I could never get the balance of factors right. I hope I can visit the Bay Area someday to try it at Dandelion.
