- Pxtl 6y agoIn the off chance this isn't a joke: Python, not PHP. And he wasn't just its creator, he was the head of the project for its whole life until his recent retirement. Typical term in the OSS community for one guy who is in charge of a massive OSS project is Benevolent Dictator For Life, or BDFL. And Guido was definitely one of those.
