Pfizer CEO sold millions in stock days after vaccine announcement
- harrisonjackson 6y agoThis was all done inline with a predetermined trading plan and although it was up 15% after announcing the vaccine he didn't even sell at the highest price for the year. It does seem like convenient timing to announce the vaccine - right before his scheduled trading day. What are the restrictions around those days and scheduling big announcements right before them?
