We don't have to! We know how our loyal readers think. They will arrive at the correct conclusion, and will seethe with the evil eye like one of Pavlov's dogs...
- rogerkirkness 6y ago1. Officers of public companies have to run all stock sales by the General Counsel 2. Often the stock sales automatically happen based on milestones (e.g. increases).

- throwaway888abc 6y agoPfizer said that the shares were sold via an automated system after they hit a certain price, under a plan set up in August.
