I wrote a custom Gumroad dashboard for myself. 2 things that have helped me: 1. de-emphasizing daily/weekly metrics. I find that a lot of my weekly / daily numbers are just noise, and ignoring them really helps keep me focused on what's actually important (usually writing something new that's going to help my customers). I think the number I pay most attention to is the yearly numbers. 2. Group sales by product. It's super helpful to see which product(s) people are buying the most.
