Where I live we have Civil Union. I feel like it's the best of both worlds.
- swat535 6y agoNot sure where you are located but where I live a Civil Union is just as risky as a marriage, in terms of finances, mostly for men (though obviously not always) in terms of support payments for a former spouse without the tax benefits.
