What's wrong with a beefy induction stove?
- daemin 6y agoFlames give food different flavours that you cannot get from just heating it with induction or hot plates. Also flames can go up the sides of a cooking vessel (specifically thinking a wok here) which you cannot achieve on an induction stove top.
