After 9/11 when Bush wanted to invade Iraq we would walk for peace, passing drivers would throw stuff at us, even tell us to "go home" despite all of us being americans, this reminds me of that day, the vehement opposition without proper investigation is the sign of another heard running towards the edge of the cliff.
- marshray 16y agoThis isn't that. This is people on HN downvoting you because you are failing to display a sufficient capacity for logical thought. Bringing in more and more emotional scenery isn't helping. It's a predictable and transparent rhetorical tactic that we've all seen used in desperation many times before. There are plenty of other sites where that kind of stuff is appreciated and even encouraged. Take it there and you'll get a better response.
