Why the downvote? How is this not completely relevant to the discussion at hand?

  Because it's probably inaccurate. Reports are that he died a week ago, plus 3 days is not long enough to "step up" anything. Additionally huffington post should never be your primary source for anything except opinion.

    Good point. I just found it interesting that perhaps there was a recent push to go after him. The article does state if the push just started on the 28th or that's just when he wrote about it. I searched and wasn't able to find any other articles that confirmed it.
