- anotheryou 6y agoWell goals and todos are different things though. I'm doing product management and I got maybe 3-4 goals for the companies and my devs. But planning a bigger project inevitably explodes in so many decisions to make and discuss... What I do of course is making a hierarchy: projects, with goals, with milestones, stories, details etc.
- kkirkpatrick 6y agoYes, goals and todos are definitely different! 5/25 isn't great for todos, but it does help clarify the goals that ultimately lead to more tactical details like todos.
- anotheryou 6y agoIf i use the 5 whys on business goals it's hard for me to even come up with 25 :). It all boils down to just a handful nicely.
