This sounds less like anti-trust than a conflict of interest violation. What law does that break? It feels like antitrust is being misused for lack of legislation banning this specifically.
- dragonwriter 6y agoIt's classic abuse of market power in one market to monopolize other markets; even in the US’s weaker antitrust regime, what is alleged here would be a colorable anti-trust claim.
