You need to consider accidents as a rate over miles flown.
- ravenstine 6y agoAnd also country of origin. If you look at that list, there are WAY more accidents in non-US and non-EU countries. If anything, this demonstrates that air travel is unreasonably safe given the number of flights and amount of miles traveled.
