I do think it is a fair concern for any hiring manager. The qualities that make entrepreneurs successful also potentially make them unmanageable or unable to take mid-level assignments in larger organizations. I've also interviewed entrepreneurs and the other side of the coin is a concern that they want to return to an organization because they are burned out. Finally is the fear that you will work there for a short period, understand the business, and raid staff and launch a competitor.
