Frankly there's nothing distateful about recognising that in a hierarchical system such as a corporation those higher up the tree have a duty of responsibility to protect the interests of those below them. Quite how modern capitalists have managed to convince people that this shouldn't be the case I'm not quite sure, but the results are hostile to a functioning society.
