- WarOnPrivacy 6y agoThe difference being road construction is likely (presumably) overseen by a Gov agency that will hold the contractor accountable - whereas internet providers enjoy regulatory capture thru writing their own telecom laws, along with lobbying purchased legislators to place handpicked people into top regulator positions.
