I can see that OKRs fill a purpose for an organization or a team. It sets focus for what you should be working on. But an OKR for an IC? I'm doing my best to help the team succeed and fulfill the goal the team has. I don't see much space for individual OKRs there. If it's purely on an individual level. It seems it would be better to have that discussion with a therapist.
