There's a certain level of irony when people complain about the morality, after using the term "open source" that was specifically coined to distance itself from the moralizing of "free software". I'm not saying there's a radical difference between "free software" projects and "open source" projects or anything, but it really seems like we ought to stop and reflect on where we might have made mistakes in the past.
