I've only ever test driven a Model S, and seen multiple Youtube videos (usually of owners showing off a new barely contained beta feature), and that explains all the road noise. I thought it was just my imagination, or the awareness of other noise given the lack of drivetrain noise. My 7 year old Volvo S60 seems quieter than the Tesla at speed, and it's a diesel. I'll keep daily driving my classic cars. Who needs a music system when you have them :-)
