The article makes it sound like a done deal. Is that really the case?
- intricatedetail 6y agoIf powers that control EU want it, it will happen. Take a look at ACTA and the regulation that has been pushed.
- tom_mellior 6y agoThere are several powers in conflict over "control of the EU". Parliament is often a lot more reasonable than the Commission or the Council of Ministers. They may well reject this. But it's also possible that it will have to go through the Court of Justice, which has to restore our human rights more often that it should need to.
