To comment on the app itself rather than the original title... Predicting next day's cases doesn't seem like a good use for the wisdom of crowds. It's too easy, since there is so much inertia. (Basically all the errors here are from people not taking into account the biases from day of week). And the problem with predicting further into the future for a site like this would be that it will delay gratification for too long: I can wait until tomorrow to find out how well I did on today's predictions, but I probably don't care to come back in two weeks.
