It is pubmed, which is a NIH indexing service for healthcare articles.

They do only include limited journals, not garbage generally. Though I'm not sure where the line is drawn.
- jessriedel 6y agoYea, I think this is right on the line. They are attempting "crowd-sourced" peer review, which is the sort of thing that should be experimented with (so I wouldn't want to penalize them), but it's clearly not providing the kind of filter people expect of an academic journal.
