I doubt it. Reforming the H1-B is also a matter of interest for the Democrats. They just never had political capital to pursue that within the Obama’s administration.
I doubt those measures will be reversed.

- whoisjuan 6y agoHmm. I say this with respect but I believe you don’t understand politics well, if you believe it’s that simple. Everything that Trump did is unconventional in traditional politics. Trump didn’t care about whether or not he was burning his political capital for unpopular measures. But for his base that’s not the case anyway. For Obama doing an EO that looks like a reformation to the H1-B program would have looked completely off-color when compared to the rest of his immigration agenda.
