Speculation, but I would guess no. Having good service means you need an ISP that provides last mile service. You can't just directly plug into the undersea cab

Speculation, but I would guess no. Having good service means you need an ISP that provides last mile service. You can't just directly plug into the undersea cables, and I doubt the places you listed have good ISPs
- zinekeller 6y agoAlso understated is that they are essentially transit points, so the bulk of bandwidth is dedicated to bigger places (more Asia-America and less in between).
