The site says emails are manually processed and a comment here by the poster [1] states that they pay $15/hr for someone to do it. I agree that the value isn't there for the pricing, especially as a monthly subscription. $5/month is too expensive considering most people won't even pay that to read content they actually want. All major email providers have spam/unsubscribe buttons already and I don't want to risk forwarding emails to someone else to reveal even more data.
