- hashtagmarkup 6y agoMaybe focus on the murders first...
- bastawhiz 6y agoPerhaps there are enough people to solve crime AND ensure the government follows the laws passed by elected representatives of the people.
- hashtagmarkup 6y agoI thought there was a law against murder. I don't remember electing any of the cops in my city. I do remember the elected attorney general and judges refusing to press charges. Perhaps there are enough murderers?
- bastawhiz 6y agoYou didn't elect the cops, and yet they're apparently violating laws meant to protect you. If you don't want that protection, consider voting for representatives who will pass fewer laws.

- hikerclimb 6y agoGood.
- ashtonkem 6y agoThe increasing separation between law enforcement and their nominal political leaders is absolutely terrifying to me. Having the armed representatives of the state not responsive to the law (and therefore loosely the public will) cannot possibly end well.
- PostThisTooFast 6y ago“Seattle police regularly flaunt the law” No. They FLOUT the law. FLOUT.
