I have a very similar setup... but my k3s cluster is the graveyard for old devices. I love that my old devices are still in service, with services reasonably balanced between them. I live that each service I run has a simple configuration checked into a git repo. I love that when I want to run special workloads, I can add cloud based nodes. But if i was just running a single server I would have stuck with docker compose!
