- nogabebop23 6y agoHe's not exactly an engineering manager, but he's definitely part of that 1% who don't meet your rule, so it actually fits within the standard perspective.
- tinyhouse 6y agoWell, it doesn't matter if they can or cannot. It's not their job to write code. Unless it's a very small team.
