How did they make such mistakes? I thought that was the entire point of YC, to guide founders and to make sure they don't make such mistakes?
- pedalpete 6y agoI was thinking the same thing, but the other aspect is that YC is not a baby-sitter. They have 100 companies in a batch. If you're attending the meetings but not taking the advice, they'll probably write you off fairly quickly as the chances of success are low and they can focus on helping those who are leveraging the knowledge and experience.
