I thought there was a constitutional ruling that you can not be compelled to remember passwords. Couldn't you just say "I forgot the key?"

- Traster 6y agoYou could say it, but that doesn't make it compelling testimomy.
- ChrisLomont 6y agoStates and even Federal courts have ruled in different directions, so this currently depends on where you are charged.
