Yahoo reads all outgoing mail, blocks messages that contain “misleading” info
- hilbert42 6y agoEncrypt it! If that's difficult just put your sensitive family business in a PFD, password it and then attach it. The password doesn't have to be tight (you're not planning to the keep the NSA out) so you can even send clues in the email that the recipient already knows, such as your cat's name + mother's middle name, etc. Yahoo et al haven't got the time to bother trying to decrypt millions of messages in this format. I've used this method for years on these crappy services (and I've even used it on Yahoo in the past). In the meantime do everything you can to avoid so-called free services such as Yahoo.
