Sometimes the harshest (but expert) critics do make things better. In my first startup/application in the 80's our harshest beta tester turned into a big supporter because he was passionate about us getting it right.
- Finnucane 6y agoYeah, he didn't just say, this sucks, but went into some detail about why things didn't work as well as they could and how they could be made better. The develpers were smart enough to realize that this was really high-value feedback.
