I always get the wrong items from Walmart shipping. I get items I didn’t order. I don’t bother filing a complaint, because I have to wait on their phone line to talk with customer service. Bleh. Same goes for Target. I sometimes get incorrect products from them. Amazon has been much better in product accuracy. But I get leery at buying certain items from Amazon, especially if it has a high probability for defects or counterfeits.
