5 days ago in a related thread, I suggested that the board should remove him (though it was apparently not a popular suggestion). His apology today seems sincere and he offers to accept a decision from the board. In my opinion, his personal statement seems to have the substance that the "corporate" response lacked and I applaud him for it.
