The Lumen project (https://github.com/lumen/lumen https://github.com/lumen/lumen) is building a BEAM bytecode compatible AOT compiler. Its primary compilation target is WASM/WASI. Still under very heavy development. (and some things waiting on updates to WASM spec to land)
