The world isn't fertile ground for this right now, but on the other hand there are good opportunities for technological innovation and other things that depend upon widespread safety. It may be that in our lifetimes we'll see the failure of all or most of the global polities brokering the peace, and then there would be virtually unlimited opportunities for new governance.But I hope not.
