I am looking for how the decriminalization part of this bill is different than Oregon HB 2355, https://gov.oregonlive.com/bill/2017/HB2355/ https://gov.oregonlive.com/bill/2017/HB2355/, that was signed into law on August 15, 2017. It seems to have the same language and amounts in the bill as Measure 110. p.s. I live in Oregon and voted "yes" on measure 110 to decriminalize all drugs here!
