- daniellarusso 6y agoWow. I would have guessed mid-30s from the video?
- mcv 6y agoThat's a bit of an exaggeration. I'd put him at his mid-40s. He looks roughly my age. 50 is possible too. Thing is, you estimate age mostly based on someone's skin, and with clothes on, that means face. It's very superficial. If you've got good skin, you'll look younger. There's a ton of products that will help. There are plenty of celebrities that are older but look younger. (Did you know Cher is 74?) The most interesting part is really the health benefits: less degradation of various bodily functions, more stamina, better quality of life.
- daniellarusso 6y agoWhat skincare products do you recommend?
- mellosouls 6y agoHe looks reasonably young for his age but that could very well be genetics as much as sensible living or following his research; though I didn't watch the video far enough to see if there are reasons that is unlikely.
- cgtyoder 6y agoDoesn't prove anything. Could have great genetics, makeup, hair coloring, plastic surgery, etc.
- zupa-hu 6y agoWow. And then the video above [1] was recorded 1 year ago, while this other video below [3] was recorded 7 years ago. So 6 years later he looks like 10 years younger. That's the most mind-blowing part. [3] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCCdmGKtxPA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCCdmGKtxPA
- gowld 6y agoThat's entirely due to TEDxSyndey having poor lighting that cast a shadow on his face.
