That is a bad thing, but it is an entirely different thing from an anti-competitive cartel.
- cardiffspaceman 6y agoIf the US Secret Service went to printer and copier manufacturers, and convinced them all to make forensic markings, that's not collusion by the manufacturers.

- cardiffspaceman 6y agoI might have mistakenly said that date because plans have been difficult to keep track of. We have a cruise scheduled for May but nothing is written in stone. Our last trip was a short road trip in February.
