What advantage would a collective pitch quad have over a helicopter?
- jcims 6y agoDunno. I imagine it's use-case dependent, quads can go faster (rc quads can hit 200mph) and are more nimble (presumably due to lower moment of inertia). I have zero clue how they would scale up though. All I know is that I'm not flying in a quad and helicopters seem to haul heavy shit pretty well.
