- paxys 6y agoMaybe today, but a lot of these third world countries are very rapidly developing a surveillance culture as well.

- kevin_thibedeau 6y agoThere are a lot of women in China who don't officially exist. They are significantly marginalized because they can't use government services or easily get an online identity.
