Are we overpaying? I pay less in the US for fiber Internet than I paid in France for DSL. Can “overpaying” be quantified?
- CyberDildonics 6y agoAustralia has also had more expensive internet than many countries including the US. This is because they had a huge telecom monopoly that locked down the market for decades. Just because the same problem has happened in other places doesn't mean it isn't a problem.
- srtjstjsj 6y agoWikipedia says "Bouygues Telecom lowered the first price of standard triple-play offers to €20 in February 2015." Which is half the basic US DSL price
