Those people aren't users of Vim. Users of Vim use it _because_ it's modal, not in spite of the fact. There's scarcely any other reason to use it.

- sime2009 6y agoThere are a lot more than just Vim fans who are reading that section of the readme. Either way, it is fair to clearly state where the project stands regarding the modal style interaction vis-à-vis Vim.
