It talks at length about the challenges, especially, of getting _honest_ feedback from prospective users. And it has a lot of ideas to that effect.
- dgr582systems 6y agoThis book really is worth a read. It is helpful for getting your ego out of your work and, instead, taking on the users perspective. Not affiliated with the book, but I did find it super useful.
