Side note, but I had a look at your company's website, and I wanted to let you know that it's really hard to tell what you actually do.
The stuff about empowering people to make games made me think that you are a middleware or consulting company. There's no list of games or "what are we working on" page, and I only figured out you were actually making your own games (I think) by looking at the description in your job listings.

Granted it's below the fold and there's not a lot of tangible IP content on the front page.
