Vivaldi is a browser that feels like "it's almost there" to me. Opera feels like a fully fleshed out and different browser whereas vivaldi feels like "hey weve got a massive backlog of stuff that doesn't even compare to the competition yet." My favorite lightweight browser though is fallon. It's like IE but not as bad.
