I'm in Vienna, and experiencing this first-hand is upsetting, to say the least. Terror attacks always happen somewhere else, one gets desensitized to some degree. But right now, the inner city in in total lockdown, helicopters are in the air, and they are still looking for some of the attackers who managed to escape. Friends shared videos that are just gut-wrenching to watch.
