Terms of service that hurt the end user are a bad idea, unacceptable, like dark patterns that cause people to opt in to things they don't want. It's not a crime, but it's immoral.

Limiting your liability in the event I have DIRECT damages from using your product definitely hurts the end user. I assume you'll be correcting these immoral terms ASAP.
- nick_kline 6y agoI don't work at Gaia platform any more, I have no influence on them, but they should observe good behavior toward their customers like anyone.
