How to get started with permaculture when all you have is a balcony

• roboben 6y ago
Hey lovely HN people, While I saw many people are interested in growing their own plant and specifically in permaculture here, very few actually grow something. Let's change that! I am happy to answer any questions about how you can get started growing plants. Ben

Wow, pretty cool stuff! We've only been growing flowers and random plants on the balcony but I'll give some crops a go in the spring Checked out the link too - https://permapeople.org/search?Good+for+containers=true https://permapeople.org/search?Good+for+containers=true - I think I'll go with some chives, looks hard to mess up

Yes chives are great, especially since they are perennial and once you grow them, you will have a endless supply! Can be combined well with Strawberries, which is another easy plant for containers and they are perennial too!
