Imagine if it were somehow possible to require a company (G in this case) to expliticly tell you which part of their terms of service you broke and provide the evidence or justification to prove you did break the ToS... I frankly cannot fathom how it's legal to say someone has broken an agreement without justifying what they did which broke the agreement.
