I work for a large public tech company that is run by passive-aggressive dickheads who have no clue on how to motivate and retain top talent. They basically pay you to stay if you are critical. I've resigned twice, and the result is my salary was doubled to sign another 2 year stay on bonus. Salary is now 4x what it was. But instead of fixing some really simple issues that would make people happy they are completely clueless.
